The heart of the project was a customised 30kVA generator, specifically designed to integrate seamlessly onto the client’s machine chassis. With ample design challenges, iPower worked closely with the Client at each stage of design to ensure seamless integration in the end product. Operating at 60Hz and 1800rpm, the generator was carefully engineered to fit within the available space without compromising on performance or reliability. The design was optimised for the harsh conditions of the Middle East, where high temperatures and challenging environments are the norm. To address these concerns, we equipped the generator with a tropicalised radiator capable of withstanding extreme heat, while the high airflow acoustic enclosure ensured efficient cooling and noise control even under the most demanding conditions.
A key aspect of the project was the development of a comprehensive control panel solution. This panel not only governed the operation of the generator but also incorporated the machine’s control circuitry and protective devices, providing a fully integrated power and control system. This allowed for seamless interaction between the generator and the machine, ensuring smooth and reliable operation throughout.
We didn’t stop there - iPower Ireland also provided full field wiring and installation for the system. This end-to-end service ensured that the generator was fully operational upon delivery, offering the client a true turnkey solution.
