This project involved the provision of a prime power generator at a multifunctional community facility in Co. Tyrone. The customer faced a common problem for rural GAA clubs; being forced to supply a pavilion, new community hub building and multiple sports lighting installations from an undersized 70kVA three phase mains supply (which is not cost effective to upgrade). We carried out a power logging survey, along with a detailed desktop review to allow us to make the correct recommendations to the customer for their power generation needs.
We supplied and installed a Cummins C220D5e with Cummins engine, Stamford alternator and acoustically attenuated enclosure, solving the customers power delivery problems.
